How to get the list of game servers from getgsc.com 0.1.1a

Total Gaming Client (http://getgsc.com) provides a list of the online
game servers of various games through web which is directly related to
the one of Game Tracker (http://www.gametracker.com).
So the servers listed there can be easily collected in a quick and
easy-to-parse textual list through the method explained here.

In case the format of the obtained list is not clear: it's composed by
the first value that is the total number of servers followed by the
entries one-per-line using the syntax:
  IP,game_port,query_port,rank

The following is the simplest example for retrieving such list:

  https://api.getgsc.com/?command=get_gameservers_csv&search_by=game_abbrev&search_term=GAMENAME&limit=100000

where GAMENAME is one of the following games short names currently
supported.
the updated list of games and gamenames is available in the html source
code of:

  http://www.gametracker.com/servers/

alternatively a partial list is available (<shortname> and
<showinbrowser> fields) on:

  https://update.getgsc.com/2.00/gsc_update/gameslist.xml
